If you are planning to hold an event or conference in the Penn Libraries, please contact us ahead of time so that we can prepare.
Steps to Submit an Event Request
Step 1: Submit an Event Request
Go to the Penn Libraries Event Request Form.
Step 2: Choose Your Location
Select the Library location where you plan to host your event.
Step 3: Provide Event Details
Fill out the Event Request form as thoroughly as possible.
Once submitted, a ticket will be created.
Someone from our Audio Visual Team will contact you through the ticket system.
