Steps to Submit an Event Request


Step 1: Submit an Event Request

Go to the Penn Libraries Event Request Form.


Step 2: Choose Your Location

Select the Library location where you plan to host your event.


Step 3: Provide Event Details

Fill out the Event Request form as thoroughly as possible.

  • Once submitted, a ticket will be created.

  • Someone from our Audio Visual Team will contact you through the ticket system.
