Open a shared mailbox
Using O365 Web Portal:
1. Log into O365 using: portal.office.com
2. Click on your Account name (upper right corner)
3. Click “Open another mailbox”
4. Type the name of the mailbox
5. Click “Open”
Using New Outlook Desktop Client
1 . Expand your email account
2. Scroll Down to "Shared with me"
3. Expand the "Shared with me" folder
4. Scroll down until to the mailbox name
5. Click on mailbox to get to the mailbox folders
