PennFlex Phone Instructions
Penn is upgrading it’s on campus telephone system over the next year. This will involve a behind the scenes transition between telephone carriers, the replacement of physical telephones, and the introduction of several new features. The Libraries will migrate to the new system, called PennFlex Phone, in phases over the next several months.

The migration to the new PennFlex phone system has been completed at the following locations:
- Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center on April 28th, 2021

You can download backups of your existing voicemail messages and retrieve a new temporary voicemail passcode here.

To change phone service settings go here: Vonage Enterprise Penn User Portal and click the End User button. Log in with your PennKey.
