Student Cannot Log into Lib Public Computers
Our public computers use a University-wide active directory called "Kite". To log into the public computers, you need to use your Pennkey username and password.
If a student cannot log into the public computers, please do the following:
- The student will need access to a web browser.
- Have the student fill it out. They don't have to change their password. They can enter the password they are currently using.
- Once the student clicks on "Save New Password", have them wait 5-10 minutes and then have them try logging into a public computer.
