New Phone - Activating Duo Mobile
The Duo Mobile app is tied to a specific device's hardware security module, not the mobile number is was registered with. You will need to reactivate the Duo Mobile App.
- Enter you Pennkey credentials
- You will be asked for a way to do Two-Step Verification.
- Click on" Other Options".
- Click on "Text Message a Passcode".
- You should receive a text with a passcode (let us know if you do not receive one).
- Once logged in, you will see tiles of different ways for your to verify.
- Look for the tile that says, Phone_Push
- Click on I have a new phone
- Follow the instructions.
